A chilly evening at New York made me numb. There was a cold breeze blowing over me, I was shaking, my jaw was clattering, I count not face the breeze. Not used to such weather, with goose bumps all over my body. Once we reached home, I felt better.
Thought this country is quite easy to go, but realized I was wrong. I visited the Times square, where I found everyone in the streets was walking at a brisk pace that indicated a rush to be somewhere. I was beginning to discover the place.
In my little town, a bike, a car, or even walking was perfectly suitable for getting around the town, but in this foreign land, there were various ways for one to get to another destination.
Everywhere I looked, there were people hailing taxis, waiting on buses, rushing underground to the subway stations, walking frantically, or desperately trying to maneuver their own cars through the busy streets. Just standing and watching the people rushing their own separate ways seemed to be the most interesting observation.
A broken chain lies at her feet, Liberty Enlightening the World. The statue is an icon of freedom and of the United States, and was a welcoming sight to immigrants arriving from abroad. This gift was given to America by France in 1886. The Statue of Liberty was herself an immigrant.
Pretty excited to see the statue of liberty and Ellis Island. Sailing in the beautiful ocean with clear sky blue water was fascinating, that reached us there. Powered by the walkie-talkies, the secrets of liberty statue began to unravel.
After a long commute and cold, I happened to feel hungry. I was longing to have some yummy vegetarian food. My mouth sealed, unless I found something in Vegan. Finding vegetarian meal is as heard as finding oasis in the desert. Finally on my way, I could smell some mouth watering delicious delicacy that made be barge onto. Fortunately, it happened to be a vegetarian burger, loaded with cheese and salad. Having no other option, had to survive on that. A thought came up my mind, something is better than nothing.
Last but not the least, it was so fun and enjoyed the weather there. So next time, I want you to visit New York. I am sure you will love it and enjoy the beauty, culture there.
